PTO
We believe in work-life balance. Paid time off is a standard benefit for all employees. We also have holiday pay! After 90 days of employment, ACP Painting observes and allows time off with pay for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Compensation
We offer a competitive employee package that includes a Simple IRA, a monthly bonus program and weekly pay to all employees. There’s also room to grow as you learn.

Health
ACP Painting offers a comprehensive package of employee benefits. This includes 40 hours of sick pay annually in compliance with Arizona Labor Laws. After just 60 days of employment, our team becomes eligible for a range of benefits, including dental insurance, vision insurance, health insurance, and supplemental insurance benefits. Once you’ve been with us for 90 days employees can take advantage of a discounted corporate gym membership. After your first year with ACP Painting, you gain access to our IRA Plan Program, with the company matching contributions up to 4% of your total yearly salary.
